Good Reads

I've gone a little crazy with the reading this last week. I normally read a few books at a time to match my moods and it takes me awhile to get through some that way.

But this week I hammered through three incredible books:

It helped I was on a road trip. These are the type of books I want to write. I could re-read these over and over again and still love them. I couldn't, like, not read them. Whenever I put them down for whatever reason, I had to find my way back to them again. As soon as possible. They were so addicting.

Maybe, somewhere, deep down, I have it in me to write stories like these. And all three are so different, you know?

What amazing books have you fallen in love with lately?

  1. Definitely The Body Finder and The Dark Divine....and the Wake series. I am glad that I followed the recommendations of others on these books because they were awesome. Now I have to add yours to my list!

  2. I haven't read them so I'm glad to hear they are good. I finished LOOKING FOR ALASKA by John Green. Man can that boy write. He makes me feel inferior!

  3. I haven't read the first two, but I recently read The Perks of Being A Wallflower and flew through it in one day. I love books that I can't put down.

  5. I read Julie and Julia a month or so ago and loved it. I bought her second book...notsomuch! I was a little disappointed for her, to have such a great first book and not follow up with something equally great. That would suck!

  6. Just finished The Road today. Very thought-provoking. However, speaking of good reads, I loved your entry in Nathan Bransford's contest. Great job! Good luck with it.
